MEMORY BANKS

Memory Banks is a soundscape installation for the garden of Fydell House in Boston, Lincolnshire. Inspired by botanist Joseph Banks’s diaries from his 1768–69 voyage to Tahiti and New Zealand, it evokes his inner world, immersing visitors in the oceans, landscapes, and people of the Southern Hemisphere, layering his New Zealand memories onto the garden he enjoyed.”
